7 Day Online Metta Summer Retreat

This silent retreat consists of one week of metta (kindness) meditation where we cultivate inner collectedness through the formal practice of kindness.

Suitable for both new and experienced meditators.

This is a livestream course broadcast directly from the Meditation Center. It offers instructions for sitting, walking and standing meditations, talks and voluntary group discussions with the teachers.


The center reserves the right to cancel the course in the case of low registration.
