14 Day Metta and Vipassana Retreat - livestream

This retreat consists of one week of metta (kindness) meditation where we cultivate inner collectedness through the formal practice of kindness (metta) and one week of vipassana (insight) meditation, developing the continuity of mindfulness as a foundation of liberating insight. In this we attempt refining the quality of careful, open awareness as a way of deepening liberating wisdom, love, compassion and joy within us.

Suitable for both new and experienced meditators. The retreat can be attended either as a full retreat time or as a practice support in daily life. For new meditators we recommend full participation.

This is a livestream course broadcast directly from the Meditation Center. It offers instructions for sitting and walking meditation, talks and once a day time for an online-group for practice questions with the teachers.

We reserve the right to cancel the course 2 weeks before the start if there are fewer than 6 participants.
