Cultivating the Heart – a four day Insight Meditation Retreat

When we are willing to meet and open to our experience with mindfulness, the mind calms and our understanding of ourselves and insight into the nature of all things grows. Cultivating the heart in this way leads to inner peace and freedom.

This retreat is held in noble silence which includes refraining from the use of electronic devices. Meditation instructions for sitting, walking and standing meditation as well as group interviews and dharma talks are offered. Open to all.
