7 Day Metta Summer Retreat - livestream

This week is dedicated to vipassana (insight) meditation, developing the continuity of mindfulness as a foundation of liberating insight. In this we attempt refining the quality of careful, open awareness as a way of deepening liberating wisdom, love, compassion and joy within us.

Suitable for both new and experienced meditators. The retreat can be attended either as a full retreat time or as a practice support in daily life. For new meditators we recommend full participation.

This is a livestream course broadcast directly from the Meditation Center. It offers instructions for sitting and walking mediations, talks and once a day time for an online-group for practise questions with the teachers.

The center reserves the right to cancel the course in the case of low registration.
