7 Days Metta-Retreat - livestream only
This retreat consists of one week of metta (kindness) meditation where we cultivate inner collectedness through the formal practice of kindness.
Suitable for both new and experienced meditators.The retreat can be attended either as a full retreat time or as a practice support in daily life. For new meditators we recommend full participation.
This is a livestream course broadcast directly from the Meditation Center. It offers instructions for sitting and walking meditation, talks and optional times for an online-group for practice questions with the teachers.
