Program
To discover our program 2026, please click retreats 2026 overview.
Tourist tax: For all on-site courses in 2026, the tourist tax will be calculated separately from the course price. Since this tax is fixed and collected by the local authorities, this solution allows us to respond to updates at any time.
CHF-EUR exchange rate: After applying a very generous 1 : 1 exchange rate for the past three years, the current situation requires us to at least partially balance the ongoing exchange rate decline.
Therefore, a new exchange rate of 1 : 1.05 will apply to all courses in 2026. It is already included in the stated course prices and the separately billed tourist tax.
An Important Note on Cancellations
We ask that you only book a course with the binding intention of attending the course.
Please be aware that a cancellation will incur a cancellation fee.

4 Day Insight Meditation Retreat
Cultivating the Heart
This retreat is an invitation to step out of our usual busyness, to calm the mind and to nourish the beautiful qualities of mindfulness, kindness and wisdom. In the stillness we become aware of how the heart can get entangled and discover more skillful ways of meeting all experiences from a place of awareness and equanimity.
Our understanding of ourselves and of the nature of all things deepens and leads to more inner peace and freedom.
This retreat is held in noble silence which includes refraining from the use of electronic devices. Meditation instructions for sitting, walking and standing meditation as well as group interviews and dharma talks are offered. Open to all.
---
We kindly remind you that the course fee does not include the dana for the teachers (see also our information page), which can be paid separately by cash at the end of the course.
