14 Day Vipassana and Metta Retreat - Livestream

This retreat consists of one week of metta (kindness) meditation where we cultivate inner collectedness through the formal practice of kindness (metta) and one week of vipassana (insight) meditation, developing the continuity of mindfulness as a foundation of liberating insight. In this we attempt refining the quality of careful, open awareness as a way of deepening liberating wisdom, love, compassion and joy within us.

Suitable for both new and experienced meditators.

The retreat can be attended either as a full time retreat or as a practice support in daily life with as many online times as the course of the day allows. For new meditators we recommend full participation.

This is a livestream course broadcast directly from the Meditation Center. It offers instructions for sitting and walking meditation, talks and optional times for an online-group for practice questions with the teachers.

Registrations will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on the start date at the latest.

We reserve the right to cancel the course two weeks before it begins if the number of participants is fewer than 6.

We kindly remind you that the course fee does not include the dana for the teachers (see also our information page), which can be transferred to their individual bank accounts at the end of the course.
